Our founder’s passion to reshape the EdTech market greets them every morning. They have dyslexic children who possess creative and visual-spatial giftedness. Available education models have fallen short in measuring their inherent skills and our founders are investing heavily to preserve their children’s metamorphosis into the best versions of themselves. Our founders also possess 40+ years in the tech industry where they have a front row seat to the widening skill gap companies are seeing in the rising generations.

Meet Our Core Team
Galen Selzler
CEO/ CO-FOUNDER
Galen holds 28 years in the technology industry at Accenture, PwC, Slalom, and WWT. He is happiest when he is creating and during his time at Accenture, he co-led the invention of Navitaire, a multi-tenant reservation system for low-cost airlines, which was acquired in 2016 for $830M by Amadeus. Since then, he has focused on cloud strategy and implementation and AI/ML solutions.
Ashley Green Selzler
BOARD CHAIR/ CO-FOUNDER
Ashley has spent the last 17 years in the tech industry with the balance of her career at Accenture where she is currently a Managing Director. She currently focuses on sales and strategic, growth priorities for the firm. Beyond the digital walls of Accenture, she is mom to two dyslexic and gifted children, wife to Galen and former board member of Steamboat Mountain School. She is passionate about driving change in the way we educate rising generations – the old formula no longer works.
Gibb Clarke
CFO
Gibb is a serial innovator and a seasoned executive with 20+ years of experience in MedTech. Most recently, Gibb served as CFO for Beta Bionics, Inc where he helped secure investment capital across multiple rounds of financing that included well-known public/private funds. Prior to Beta Bionics, Gibb served as Co-founder and CEO of Blockade Medical (acquired by Balt Medical) and Co-founder & COO of Pulsar Vascular (Acquired by Johnson & Johnson). Gibb shares our enthusiasm to challenge traditional thinking and outcomes.
Johnny Spillane
VP EXPERIENCE
Johnny brings a winning spirit to our team. He is 3-time Olympic medalist, World Champion, successful entrepreneur, and he has spent his life driving education initiatives. His mother, a seasoned educator, passed on a passion for education having personally founded and operated schools. He serves as the Board Chair of
Steamboat Mountain School (K-12) and has three young children, two of whom have dyslexia and ADHD.
Chad Brackelsberg
VP BUSINESS OPS
Chad possesses rich experience in the IT services industry with a focus on solutioning, implementing, and delivering cloud solutions. He spent most of his time developing client cloud-based solutions that are designed for client’s specific requirements. He recently semi-retired to become the Avalanche director for Utah but we have coaxed him back to technology.
Hilary Spillane
BUSINESS OPS LEAD
Hilary brings a passion for championing neurodiversity. She is a creative force as a graphic designer and photographer gifted with dyslexia herself. She understands the challenges and strengths of different minds. Hilary brings this insight to her work, having navigated the learning differences world as a parent to three children two of which process gifts of ADHD and dyslexia.
